10 / Procurement FAQ
Wholesale sourcing questions for pet odor control products.
Answers for brands and distributors comparing formulas, pouch construction, packaging and responsible claims.
01What are cat litter deodorizer granules?+
They are black odor-control beads intended to be mixed through cat litter. This reference formula combines plant-derived corn starch, activated carbon powder, bentonite powder and pomegranate peel extract. Final composition, aroma and claims are confirmed by the approved sample.
02What mixing ratio should buyers place on the pack?+
A 10:1 cat litter-to-granule ratio by weight is a practical reference starting point. The final instruction should be validated with the target litter type, pack size and desired user experience before artwork approval.
03Do the granules replace cat litter?+
No. They are a complementary odor-control product mixed with cat litter, not a replacement for litter, routine scooping, tray cleaning or normal pet-area hygiene.
04Can we make a negative-ion claim?+
Any negative-ion statement should be supported by testing on the finished formula using an appropriate method and reviewed for the target market. It should not be placed on packaging solely from an ingredient-level assumption.
05What is the 500g bamboo charcoal pet bag used for?+
It is a larger reusable pouch developed for dry pet areas such as rooms, crate surroundings and locations near a litter zone. It supports odor adsorption without releasing perfume.
06How is charcoal dust contained inside the 500g bag?+
The reference construction uses a 65 gsm SMS nonwoven inner pouch inside a 1200D faux-linen outer cover. Fill tolerance, seams and dust containment should be checked against the approved sample.
07Can the pet graphics and packaging be customized?+
Yes. Options can include single-color or multicolor printing, custom fabric colors, labels, inserts, pouches, boxes, barcodes and buyer-specified set counts, subject to artwork and order quantity.
08Are these products pet safe?+
Safety wording depends on the finished formula, construction, intended use, warnings and market requirements. Products should be kept out of reach for chewing or ingestion, and the final packaging should include clear use and disposal instructions.
09Can buyers approve samples before bulk production?+
Yes. Sampling is recommended for formula, aroma, granule size, mixing instructions, pouch construction, print position, packaging and claim review before bulk production.
10What information is needed for a quotation?+
Share the target market, product type, pack size, order quantity, formula or pouch requirements, logo method, packaging format and any claims that require supporting documentation.
