The business started with a small team, simple equipment and hands-on production. Early work centred on understanding bamboo charcoal, pouch breathability, filling methods and the sewing details that keep charcoal securely inside the product.

In 2018, the company moved into a larger office and factory environment. The new site provided dedicated space for product development, sewing, inspection, packing and order coordination under one operating system.
More space mattered, but clearer specifications and traceable checkpoints mattered more. The move helped the team support repeat wholesale and private-label programs with better control from approved sample to export carton.
Bamveraeco has developed bamboo charcoal bags for private-label brands, importers and distributors serving home, footwear, automotive and pet-care markets. Each program can be tailored by pouch size, charcoal fill weight, fabric, color, logo application, pack count and retail-ready packaging.
